As a sales director, John has earned a reputation for assembling and managing the most effective sales teams in the business.
During strong economies or during market downturns, John and his teams have achieved a track record of sales results that have exceeded expectations. His deep understanding of the market’s pulse led his team to sell $60M in one day at Trailhead Lodge when real estate sales were slowing considerably at other properties in the region. Since 2008, when the international real estate market entered its down cycle, John and his team have continued to successfully sell and close real estate in the Caribbean and North America.
