Arnie has held executive and senior management positions with some of the nation’s top real estate companies, including K. Hovnanian Homes, Playground/Intrawest, Centex Destination Properties and S&P Destination Properties, resulting in over $3 billion in total sales for his clients.
As president of Strategyst, Arnie has led a number of major luxury projects, including most recently Wildhorse Meadows in Steamboat Springs, Porto Cupecoy in Sint Maarten and consulting for various Ritz-Carlton properties.
